A gorgeous teal and aqua glass art wave handcrafted in the Lake District - inspired by the natural landscape.
The freestanding wave (s curve) was handmade from transparent aqua, teal and crystal clear artisan glass.
It is approximately 23 cm (W) x 10 cm (H) x 3 cm (D).
The textured nature of the crystal clear glass adds visual and tactile interest.
It is a stand-alone piece of art suitable for display on any flat surface.
It looks particularly stunning when placed in front of a window or other direct light source, as the translucent nature of the curve allows light to shine through and reflect colour onto the surrounding surfaces.
It could be used in the evening as a table or shelf decoration with a tea light or small votive candle placed behind it.
PACKAGING: The wave will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap, placed within a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
