An opulent gold and cream glass art dish handcrafted in the Lake District.
The small glass dish was handmade from opalescent French vanilla, iridescent light amber and transparent amber artisan glass. The French vanilla glass is a warm cream colour and the amber glass is a rich gold colour. The iridescent glass has a metallic sheen.
The dish is approximately 9.5 cm (L) x 9.5 cm (W) x 3 cm (D).
It is a stand-alone piece of glass art that could be used as a trinket dish, earring bowl, tealight tray, key bowl or SMALL soap dish.
The dish looks particularly stunning placed in front of direct light, as the translucent nature of the amber glass allows light to shine through and reflect colour onto the surrounding surfaces, while the iridescent glass has a beautiful shimmer.
PACKAGING: All items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
