A translucent textured glass art ornament inspired by the natural landscape of Lake Windermere in summer.
The freestanding wave was handcrafted from transparent turquoise, iridescent royal blue and crystal clear artisan glass.
The turquoise glass is a vibrant blue based turquoise shade.
The iridescent glass is a deep royal blue that almost looks purple in limited light. It has a shimmering metallic rainbow lustre that ranges from pewter to gold.
It is approximately 23 cm (L) x 10 cm (H) x 3 cm (D).
Although suitable as a stand-alone piece of shelf art, it would look stunning placed in front of a window, as the translucent nature of the wave will allow natural light to shine through and reflect onto the surrounding surfaces.
<span;><span;>PACKAGING: All items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
