A large green glass art platter handcrafted in the Lake District; inspired by the natural landscape at Rydal Water.
The rectangular plate was handmade from a blend of teal, light green and opaline artisan glass. The opaline glass is a milky, semi-transluscent white colour. The predominant colour of the plate is light green with subtle teal blue undertones.
It is approximately 18 cm (W) x 37 cm (L) with an upturn of about 4.5 cm at each corner.
The platter is a stand-alone piece of glass art, suitable for display on any flat surface.
It would make a stunning table centrepiece. It could also be used as a food safe serving platter or large fruit bowl.
PACKAGING: All items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
