A light green glass art wave handcrafted in the Lake District; inspired by the natural landscape surrounding Rydal Water.
The freestanding s-curved glass panel was handmade from light green, teal, opaline and crystal clear artisan glass.
The unusual ornament is approximately 23 cm (L) x 10 cm (H) x 3 cm (D).
The textured nature of the clear glass adds additional visual and tactile interest.
It is a stand-alone piece of art suitable for display on any flat surface, such as a mantlepiece, living room bookshelf or coffee table.
It looks particularly stunning placed in front of a window or other direct light source, as the glass allows light to filter through and reflect colour onto the surrounding surfaces.
It could be used in the evening as a table or shelf decoration with a series of small votive candles or tea-lights placed behind it.
PACKAGING: All items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
