A gorgeous small glass art ornament handcrafted in the Lake District; inspired by the natural landscape.
The freestanding textured wave was handmade from transparent sky blue, iridescent blue and crystal clear artisan glass.
The sparkling iridescent glass has a subtle rainbow shimmer that changes from a pewter-blue to a golden blue, depending upon the amount of light and angle the ornamental wave is viewed from.
It is approximately 14 cm (L) x 6 cm (H) x 3 cm (D).
The freestanding wave is a stand-alone piece of glass art suitable for display on any flat surface.
It looks particularly stunning placed in front of a window or other direct light source, as the translucent nature of the wave will allow light to shine through and reflect onto the surrounding surfaces.
Alternatively, it could be used in the evening as a table decoration with a tea-light or small candle placed behind it.
PACKAGING: All items will be securely wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in a well padded box. Although not always feasible, whenever possible, I attempt to reuse packaging in order to reduce the environmental impact.
